PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Mille Lacs County is seeking proposals for the provision of septic design services in conjunction with the 2012 and 2013 Clean Water Legacy Subsurface Sewage Treatment System Abatement Grants. Proposals should indicate a per design price for 17 system designs. Proposals need to account for a one hour meeting with bidding installers on each site. Site meetings will be scheduled in September once all designs are complete and the RFP for installation is released. The Land Services Office will coordinate site visits with each grant recipient. Submitters must be licensed designers per Minnesota Rules. Designs when prepared will comply with Minnesota Rules and the Mille Lacs County SSTS ordinance.
