PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Milaca Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 10, 2013 at 6 p.m. at the Milaca City Hall, at 255 1st. St. E., in the council room to consider a request from the City Council to amend Section 156.038 (C) of the City's zoning ordinance. The applicant is asking to allow heating, ventilation, air condition units (HVAC), whether roof-mounted or wall-mounted, shall be located not less than eight feet above existing grade, and shall not project more than 24 inches beyond the vertical outside wall on the structure upon which they are mounted that is adjacent to the right-of-way. Each HVAC shall be equipped with a catchment basin to contain condensation, moisture, drippings or other residue of any kind, which shall drain by conduit to a disposal location within the building. Milaca Township Brush Spraying Notice is hereby given that brush spraying will take place on Milaca Township roads beginning as early as June 15, 2013. The following roads are targeted: 150 St., 160 St., 170 St., 120 Ave. & 160 Ave. Other roads may be involved as the need arises. Any landowner that does not wish to have brush sprayed shall erect conspicuous signs so stating and also notify the contact person below.
