Step inside the greenhouse at Milaca High School and you can take a break from winter. The greenhouse is one of the lab areas that is used for classes, as well as FFA activities (primarily for forestry and floriculture). Students raise different types of plants in a variety of soil types and through hydroponics (using water but no soil).
