Foreston teen in critical condition

Jordan Gave, 19, of Foreston was listed on Tuesday as being in critical condition following her involvement in a two-car collision at the intersection of Sherburne County roads 3 and 5 near Princeton on Monday, Jan. 25 at close to 3:14 p.m. According to Sherburne County Sheriff Joel Brott, Gave was driving a 1996 Saturn SL2 north on County Road 5 when she passed a vehicle in front of her and went through the stop sign at the intersection of County Roads 3 and 5. Her vehicle was reported to have then collided with a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Brian Magnuson, 48, of Princeton. Gave was airlifted to St. Cloud Hospital where she remains in critical condition and Magnuson was taken by family members to Fairview Northland in Princeton. He was reported to have had minor injuries. Assisting Sherburne were Princeton Fire and Rescue, North Ambulance and North Air Care. Gave is a 2009 graduate of Milaca High School.
