A small electrical fire in the ITV Department at Milaca High School caused students and staff at Milaca Public Schools to evacuate as most of them were arriving at school this morning (Dec. 9). School administrators and staff quickly got students onto warm busses as they waited for the all clear from the Milaca Fire Department around 8:30. Several parents, who were dropping off kids at school, kept their children with them in warm vehicles as the winds whipped and temperatures hovered around six degrees above zero. Students were in the classroom by 9 a.m.
