Two MHS students perform with St. Olaf Honor Band |

Milaca High School Symphonic Band members Hannah Dillon (left) and Austin Bauer (right) performed as members of the St. Olaf Honor Band on Saturday, Nov. 14. The students were selected by St. Olaf Director Bands Dr. Timothy Mahr via director recommendation. Dillon and Bauer rehearsed all day with other outstanding high school band members from around the state and performed four pieces in an afternoon concert. The band was under the direction of Mahr and world renowned composer, conductor Dr. Andrew Mast. The Milaca High School band program is under the direction of Andrew Nelson.
