NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Mille Lacs County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday September 8, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Room at the Courthouse in Milaca, Minnesota.

Request by David Mahady for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Public Shooting and Archery Range and to allow a Retail Antique Store on property legally described as That part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 40, Range 27, Mille Lacs County, Minnesota, described as follows:
