NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Mille Lacs County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on August 25 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Room at the Courthouse in Milaca, Minnesota.

Consideration of a Request by Anton Ringham to:
Increase the height of a stick-built accessory structure from 14 to 18 feet (MLCDC Sec. 1-164 (4) a)
to allow construction of a detached accessory structure on on property legally described as the North 330 feet of the South 1,155 feet of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 33, Township 38, Range 26 (02-033-1106, Borgholm Township). Generally located at 13208 90th Avenue, Milaca.
Consideration of a Request by Wool Ridge Home Improvements representing Robbin Rouillard and Tom Magnuson to:
Reduce the setback from the Ordinary High Water Mark of the Rum River from 150 feet to 42 feet (MLCDC Sec. 1-210 (3) d)
