NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Mille Lacs County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday August 11, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Room at the Courthouse in Milaca, Minnesota.

Request by David Mahady for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Public Shooting and Archery Range and to allow a Retail Antique Store on property legally described as That part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 40, Range 27, Mille Lacs County, Minnesota, described as follows:

Request by Sandy Smith for the Simple Plat of Last Cast on Mille Lacs, a replat of Block 1, Hardwoods Harbor into a Common Interest Community of five single family lake lots, private cul-de-sac (Outlot A), and a 6.3 acre vacant parcel (Outlot B). Generally located at the intersection of Marina and Badger Drives and 180th Street, Kathio Township. This item was remanded back to the Planning Commission by the County Board for further discussion regarding the proposed private cul-de-sac based on concerns expressed by the Kathio Town Board.
Request by the Milaca VFW Post 10794 Siemers-Hakes represented by Danny Sandberg for a Conditional Use Permit for a Highway Business to construct a post/bar/supperclub on property legally described as the North 440 feet of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 lying westerly of Highway 168 Right of Way Plat 48-18, see 11/12/2003 Survey of Section 26, Township 39, Range 27 (15-026-1204 Page Township). This is a renewal of a Conditional Use Permit that was approved in 2012.
