Chairman Peterson called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m., with the following members present: Commissioners Wilhelm, Reynolds, Oslin, and Tellinghuisen.
Approve the agenda as amended. (Wilhelm, Reynolds; 5-0)
Approve the following consent agenda items: Approve Minutes of 5/20/14 Board Meeting; Review of Auditors Warrants; Adopt Resolution No.: 6-3-14-1, Approving Sale of Tax Forfeited Parcel to the City of Princeton; Authorize execution of the 2014-2015 Collective Bargaining Agreement with Law Enforcement Labor Services; Approve an upgrade to the Countys website with current vendor GovOffice for a cost not to exceed $10,000, to be paid with Blandin grant funds; Approve eliminating an Eligibility Worker position and adding a Case Aide position; Approve Agreement between Isanti County Family Services, Acting as Fiscal Host for Region 7E Adult Mental Health Initiative, and Rise, Inc. for the provision of services; Approve the 2014 Federal Boating Enforcement Supplemental Grant with the Department of Natural Resources in the amount of $3,875, and authorize the Sheriff to administer the grant in the Sheriffs Office; Authorize the Joint Powers Agreement with Sherburne County for the sharing of intelligence information regarding criminal activity; Submittal of information regarding a tabled request by John Weber to amend a Conditional Use Permit for mining, and for an Interim Use Permit to allow mining on a new parcel; Award Subsurface Sewage Treatment System Replacement bids to the low bidders for each:
Approve purchase of 8 Dell Venue 11 tablets from Dell Computers and 8 Microsoft Office 2013 Standard Suite licenses from SHI, for a total cost of $10,996.64; Award contract SP 048-604-017, STPM 4814(176) Shoulder Widening, Base and Bituminous Project, to Hardrives, Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $2,478,387, and contingent upon approval of the Contractor meeting the DBE requirements established in the bid documents, and authorize execution of the contract; Submittal of information regarding an advertisement for bid on project R001-13-3A (Soo Line Trail Culvert Replacement Project), with bid opening at 9:30 am on June 23,k 2014; Authorize the City of Princeton to close CSAH 29 and CSAH 31 as requested for the following community sponsored events: Rum River Festival Parade on June 12 from 5:30 pm to 10 pm, Rum River Street Fair on June 14 from 6 am to 5 pm, Princeton Block Party on July 25 from 4 8 pm, Princeton Chili Fest on September 27 from 8 am to 6 pm, and Princeton Small Business Saturday and Mini-Dazzle Parade on November 29 from 4:30 6 pm, according to the terms of the Agreement to Close a County Road. A request by David Herbert/Keith Carpenter for an Interim Use Permit for Mining that was tabled by the Planning Commission was discussed.
Approve the request by Anton Ringham for a Conditional Use Permit for a home occupation on property legally described as the North 330 feet of the South 1,155 feet of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 33, Township 38, Range 26 (02-033-1106, Borgholm Township), generally located at 13208 90th Avenue, Milaca, subject to conditions. (Tellinghuisen, Reynolds; 3-2)
Adopt Resolution No.: 6-03-14-2, Resolution Removing Access Restrictions for: Adams Severson Addition. (Wilhelm, Oslin; 5-0)
Approve the request by Kathy Priem for an Interim Use Permit for a vacation rental home on property legally described as Lot 52, Sunset Bays (05-804-0380, East Side Township), generally located at 45471 Mille Lacs Parkway, subject to conditions. (Oslin, Tellinghuisen; 5-0)
Approve the following liquor, beer, and wine licenses effective 7/1/14 6/30/15:

Approve and execute the contract with Aitkin County for Shared Assessor Services. (Wilhelm, Reynolds; 5-0)
Assign supervision of Auditor-Treasurers Office staff to Carol Hulett effective June 9, 2014, until such time when the reorganization of staff in the Historic Courthouse is complete. (Oslin, Reynolds; 5-0)
