NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Mille Lacs County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday April 28, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Room at the Courthouse in Milaca, Minnesota.

Consideration of a Request by Chadwick Jungers to:
reduce the sideyard setback from 20 feet to two (2) feet (MLCDC Sec. 1-200 (4) e. i), and
increase the width of a water-oriented accessory structure (boat house) from 20 feet to 21.4 feet (MLCDC Sec 1-206 (3) b. ii. f)), and
increase the area of a boat house from 400 square feet to 650.56 square feet (MLCDC Sec 1-206 (3) b. ii. f))

reduce the setback from the Ordinary High Water Mark of Mille Lacs Lake from a composting toilet (privy) from 50 feet to 21 feet (MN Statute 6120.3400, Subpart 3, C.)

reduce the setback from the Ordinary High Water Mark of Mille Lacs Lake from 75 feet to 67 feet (MLCDC Sec. 1-200 (4) g. i)
in order to allow the tear down and reconstruction of an existing dwelling on property legally described as the South 1/2 of Lot 56, Sunset Bays (05-804-0440, East Side Township). Generally located at 45421 Mille Lacs Parkway, Isle.
Consideration of a Request by David Herbert (applicant) and Keith Carpenter (owner) to:
Reduce the setback of mining/excavation activities from a dwelling from 200 feet to 100 feet (MLCDC Section 704.5 C 3 (b))
