ORDINANCE NO. 407
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 73.04 (UNLAWFUL OPERATION) OF CHAPTER 73 (RECREATIONAL VEHICLES) OF TITLE VII (TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE MILACA CODE OF ORDINANCES CLARIFYING CERTAIN UNLAWFUL OPERATION RECREATIONAL VEHICLES WITHIN THE CITY OF MILACA
SECTION 1: Section 73.04 (A) (Unlawful Operation) of Chapter 73 (Recreational Vehicles) of Title VII (Traffic Code) of the Milaca Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows:
73.04 UNLAWFUL OPERATION
Unless otherwise noted, it is unlawful for any person to operate a Recreational Motor Vehicle:
(A) Under any circumstances that operation of a motor vehicle in a like manner would give rise to a violation of Minnesota Statutes Sections 169A.20, et. seq. (Driving While Impaired); 169A.33, et. seq. (Underage Drink and Drive); 169A. 35 et. seq. (Open Bottle); 609.21 et. seq. (Criminal Vehicular Homicide and Injury); as amended from time to time, which statutes are hereby incorporated herein by reference;
SECTION 2: The remaining sections of Chapter 73 remain in full force and effect,
SECTION 3: EFFECTIVE DATE: The ordinance shall become effective upon passage and publication.
