Beverly Gladys Swing, age 71, passed away Oct. 4, 2013 after a long battle with cancer.
Beverly, the daughter of Clifford and Gladys Tibbetts, was raised in Bagley and attended school in Bagley.
She married Floyd Kennen in May of 1961 and in union had two children, Penny and Shelley. They resided in St. Francis for many years.
She married Donald Swing in July 1967 and in union had two children, Aaron and Amy.
Beverly was a sociable and strong person. Her strength and love is what held the family together. She was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. Her spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew her.
Beverly enjoyed crocheting, reading, working out in the lawn, baking sweets, and being with her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughters Shelley Kennen of Billings, Mont., Amy Baker of Milaca, and son Aaron Swing (Samantha Wilson) of Princeton; grandchildren Keegan, Whitley, Gage and Brody; sister Elvira and husband Art Sutherland of Vancouver, Wash., and other family and friends. She was proceeded in death by her daughter Penny Voss, her parents, three brothers, two sisters, a nephew and great niece.
