Wolves top Albany 14-13 for first victory

Milaca stopped Albany 14-13 Friday night at Milaca’s Claffy Field to notch its first victory of the season.

The Wolves scored touchdowns on a 60-yard pass from sophomore quarterback Nathan Hass to senior back Jorgen Erickson in the first quarter and a 13-yard run by senior Trevor Seppala in the fourth quarter. Junior Nic Wolbert kicked both extra points which proved crucial when a two-point converson by Albany late in the game failed.
