NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Mille Lacs County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday September 23, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Room at the Courthouse in Milaca, Minnesota.

Consideration of a Request by Michael and Brenda Doty to:
reduce the setback of a dwelling from the Ordinary High Water Mark of Mille Lacs Lake from 75 feet to 58 feet (MLCDC Sec. 1-200 (4) g ii), and
reduce the setback of the absorption area of a mound from a dwelling from 20 feet to 10 feet (MR 7080) to allow construction of a new dwelling on property legally described as Lots 3 and 4, Block 8, Simmons Park (05-801-0630, East Side Township). Generally located at 3154 Viewpoint Road, Isle.
Consideration of a Request by Stephen Gryz to:
reduce the setback of a dwelling with an attached deck from the Ordinary High Water Mark of Mille Lacs Lake from 75 feet to 42 feet (MLCDC Sec. 1-200 (4) g ii),
reduce the setback of a dwelling from the side property line from six and one half (6.5) feet to one (1) foot (MLCDC Sec. 1-200 (4) e i), and

Consideration of a Request by Gerald and Judith Mullenbach to:
increase the height of a stick-built detach accessory structure from 14 feet to 15 feet (MLCDC Sec. 1-164 (4) a), and
increase the impervious surface coverage from 25 to 29.6 percent (MLCDC Sec. 1-201 (4) h) on property legally described as Lot 221, Port Mille Lacs (09-962-1800, Kathio Township). Generally located at 46646 Earle Brown Drive, Garrison.
