Frequently Asked Question(s):

The Summer Reading Program was a lot of fun this year! Who helped make it happen?

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone who helped make the Summer Reading Program a success this year. We passed out more than 350 Summer Reading Program bags to local children and more than 70 reading logs to area teens. Those numbers are huge, and we couldn’t have done it without the help of the local businesses and organizations listed below:

Pizza Hut
Hardee’s
Dairy Queen
Subway
Hobnetti’s
Coborn’s Video
Casey’s General Store
Teals Market
Koch’s Hardware
Holiday (on Central Avenue)
Milaca Unclaimed Freight
The Milaca Friends of the Library

These businesses and organizations contributed time, funds, prizes, and energy to our efforts. They were kind enough to offer support when I came calling, and we here at the library appreciate their generosity.

If I have overlooked anyone, I apologize. Please know that everyone’s contributions were valuable. Thanks again for a wonderful summer!
