Milaca One Act Play placed fourth with its performance of “Agnes of God” at the sections competition this past Saturday at the Milaca High School. St. Croix Lutheran placed first, St. Paul Academy took second and Pine City earned third place. Six schools performed in the competition.
Students had just 10 minutes to piece together their set prior to Saturday’s 35-minute one-act play. With everyone working together, the Milaca team finished its set with one minute to spare.
Senior Sophie Bauer had the opportunity to showcase her vocal talents as well as acting abilities in her role as Agnes.
“It was a great day of theater,” Drama Director Audrey French said.
