What is a comprehensive plan? A comprehensive plan is a document that reflects the values and sentiments of residents on a variety of topics that will be used by the county to assist in decision making and planning over the next several years. This comprehensive plan project is expected to take approximately 12-18 months.
A survey of Mille Lacs County residents, as part of this planning process, is scheduled for late winter.
Over the course of the project, multiple citizen task forces will be created to provide input on a variety of topic areas.
