Notice is hereby given that under and by virtue of a judgment entered in the above-entitled action on December 19, 2006, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing sale of the property hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to the Plaintiff in the above action from Defendants J. Thompson Homes, Inc. and Jerry E. Thompson, the Sheriff of Mille Lacs County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, on March 27, 2007, at 10:00 a.m., at the Mille Lacs County Sheriff's Office, 640 Third Street S.E., Milaca, MN, in said state and county, the premises and real estate described in said judgment, being in Mille Lacs County, Minnesota, to wit:
