Mora pitcher Josh Oslin and Eric Johnson combined on a one-hitter to lead Mora past Milaca 9-0 in a Legion baseball North District 10 League game Thursday night, June 26, at Mora.

Mora took a 2-0 lead by scoring twice in the bottom of the second before pushing five runs across in the fourth inning and solo runs in the fifth and sixth innings.

Oslin, who¹s signed to play for the University of Minnesota if he doesn¹t sign a professional contract later this summer, pitched four innings, allowing no hits and one walk while striking out nine.

Johnson finished up, allowing one hit and one walk while striking out five over the final three innings.

³Oslin looked sharp and Johnson pitched very well, too,² said Milaca Coach Keith Anderson. ³We hit a few balls well but they were right at people.²

Tony Thompson singled to account for Milaca¹s lone hit.

Josh Loegering pitched the first three and two-thirds innings for Milaca, allowing seven hits and five walks while striking out two. Thompson pitched the final two and two-thirds innings, allowing three hits and one walk while striking out one.
