A boy, Joseph Jacob, was born June 14, 2003 at St. Cloud Hospital to Jacob and Veronica Chapp.
He weighed seven pounds, four ounces.
Grandparents are Randy and Mary Lemm of Coon Rapids, Mark and Rebecca Hanson of Foley, and Dan Chapp of Bemidji.
