A girl, Hailey Marie Faith, was born Feb. 2, 2003 to Russell Kisner and Tisha Clifford of Milaca at Fairview Northland Regional Hospital in Princeton. She weighed 7 pounds 7 ounces.

Grandparents are Ron and Nannette Clifford of Milaca and Mark Kisner and Joyce Montgomery of Cokato, Minn.
