A girl, Madison Kay, was born to Robert and Lynn Melco of Onamia on May 14, 2002, at Fairview Northland Regional Hospital, Princeton.

Madison weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces.

Grandparents are Robert and Marie Teachman of Ramsey, Howard Melco of Roseville and Pat Melco of St. Paul.
