A girl, Kaitlyn Suzanne, was born to Jeff and Emily S. Kiel of Milaca on May 10, 2002 at the St. Cloud Hospital, at 9:16 p.m.

She weighed 7 pounds 11 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Grandparents are Boyd and Diane J. Hedin and Dennis and Jayne Kiel. Great-grandparents are Donald and Elaine Sanderson and Ervin and Bernice Hedin and Agnes Peterson.
